At WearFlags, we believe getting your order to you should be simple, transparent, and stress-free. Our shipping policy outlines everything you need to know about how we handle and deliver your purchases. We are committed to clear communication and will always keep you informed every step of the way.
1. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders — with no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden fees, no shipping surcharges, and no surprises at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay, and delivery is always included. This applies to all orders placed for delivery within the United Kingdom.
2. Import Duties & Taxes
All orders are shipped to customers in the United Kingdom. As our sales are currently limited to the UK, no additional import duties or customs charges are applicable to your order at the time of delivery. Any applicable VAT is included in the product price displayed at checkout.
3. Order Processing
Once your payment has been confirmed, we begin preparing your order right away. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Processing time includes order verification, quality checking, and packaging. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been placed, and a separate notification including your tracking information once your order has been dispatched. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays, which may affect dispatch times for orders placed on those days.
4. Delivery Times
After your order has been dispatched, please allow 5 to 14 business days for delivery to your address in the United Kingdom. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within the UK, carrier availability, and any unforeseen delays such as adverse weather or high-demand periods (for example, around public holidays). These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
5. Order Tracking
Every order placed with WearFlags includes full tracking at no additional cost. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey in real time. If your tracking information has not been updated for 7 or more business days after dispatch, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@wearflagsofficial.com and we will look into the status of your shipment immediately. Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after you receive your dispatch notification.
6. Order Fulfilment & Logistics
WearFlags is committed to getting your order to you as efficiently and reliably as possible. To achieve the fastest possible delivery times, we operate through a network of international fulfilment and distribution centres strategically positioned to serve our customers. Our logistics infrastructure spans multiple regions, including hubs in the United Kingdom, continental Europe, the United States, and China, and orders are automatically routed from the distribution centre nearest to you with the best stock availability at the time of purchase. This intelligent routing system is designed to minimise transit times and ensure your items arrive in the best condition. Regardless of which facility fulfils your order, all products go through an identical quality control process before packaging. Our packaging is designed to be secure and protective, ensuring your items arrive in perfect condition. All parcels are professionally packaged with reinforced materials appropriate for the items inside.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if your parcel appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at support@wearflagsofficial.com within 30 days of your expected delivery date. Our team will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. If an order is confirmed as lost or undelivered through no fault of yours, we will offer you the choice of a full replacement order dispatched at no charge, or a complete refund to your original payment method. We want every WearFlags customer to receive their order, and we will work to make it right.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your delivery address is entered accurately at checkout, as we are unable to modify shipping details once an order is confirmed and in processing. If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@wearflagsofficial.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at no additional cost to you.
