Frequently Asked Questions

Where is my order? Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Delivery takes 5 to 14 business days after dispatch. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 or more business days, please contact us and we'll investigate right away.

Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancellation, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If it hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to help.

How do I return an item? Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and have their original tags attached. Please email us before sending anything back — unauthorised returns may not be processed.

How long does a refund take? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do? We're sorry to hear that. Please email us with your order number and a few clear photos of the damage within 30 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

Do you offer exchanges? Yes, subject to availability. Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like instead, and we'll sort it out for you.
