How long does delivery take to the UK?
Standard delivery to the UK typically takes 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Is shipping really free?
Yes — free shipping on every order, no minimum spend. Free returns are included too. There are no hidden fees at checkout.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination. All orders include tracking from dispatch to delivery.

Will I be charged customs or import fees?
For UK orders, no additional charges apply. For international orders, customs fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
I haven't received my tracking number — what should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us with your order number and we'll resend it within a few hours.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-day guarantee on all orders. If you're not happy for any reason — wrong size, change of mind, anything — contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return or exchange at no cost.

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason. We'll get back to you within 24 hours — no lengthy forms, no hassle.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us immediately through our Contact page with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can make changes or cancel it. Once dispatched, our standard 60-day returns process applies.
Are the shirts true to size?
Our shirts follow classic retro sizing — slightly more relaxed than modern slim-fit garments, faithful to the original 80s and 90s cuts. Check our Size Guide before ordering.
I'm between sizes — which should I choose?
Go one size up. Our retro fits are generous through the chest and shoulders by design. The larger size will always feel more authentic and comfortable.

Do the shirts shrink after washing?
No. Our shirts are made from a high-quality polyester blend that retains its shape and colour wash after wash. Machine wash at 30°C, inside out, and they'll look brand new for years.
What material are the shirts made from?
Our shirts are crafted from a premium polyester blend — lightweight, breathable and soft against the skin, designed to mirror the feel of the original era shirts while being durable for regular wear.
Are these official licensed products?
WearFlags creates retro-inspired shirts that celebrate the heritage and culture of England and Brazil football. Our designs are inspired by iconic eras and are not official licensed replicas.
Will the badge and details fade over time?
No. Our embroidered badges and printed details are designed for durability. Washing inside out at 30°C preserves the badge and colours for the long term. Avoid tumble drying or ironing directly on the badge.
